Toronto / Allied Properties REIT is Canada's premier developer, owner and manager of distinctive urban workspaces, with a portfolio of nearly 60 million square feet. In 2011, following research and interviews, WE presented a strategy for Allied, rooted in the company’s commitment to building vibrant neighbourhoods and nurturing creative excellence among tenants. Since then, WE has worked closely with Allied as a trusted partner, serving as the company's de facto marketing and design department. WE has refreshed Allied's identity three times: in 2011, 2015 and 2017. Following this most recent work, WE rolled out stationery, signage, hoarding and a new website, along with branding for various developments. WE also launched Make Room for the Arts, Allied’s CSR program, and the award-winning print magazine, Block. WE continues to work closely with Allied as a partner, and agency-of-record.
